The Bridge Section has flourished since it was first conceived two years ago and we regularly have as many as 40 persons in attendance. The standard of the players is very mixed, ranging from quite proficient to barely past the beginner stage. However, due to the format of the class, which includes basic instruction followed by opportunity for open play, most have noticed a real improvement in their personal standard of play. Bridge is an enjoyable and social game and will be as mentally stimulating and demanding as you wish to make it. It is ideally suited for retired persons and easily affordable.
